About Us

The Redding Prevention Council is a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization, funded by the Western Connecticut Coalition.

RPC is made up of local citizens who care about the well-being and safety of our community. Our volunteers include but are not limited to: licensed healthcare and social service professionals, faith-based leaders, community-service members, and educational stakeholders.

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7pm at the Granite Chuch, 5 North Main Street, Redding, CT 06896. Meetings will be held downstairs, and the entry is around the corner to the left of the building. All are welcome!

Our mission is to promote the behavioral health continuum of care, and to enhance quality of life at every stage.

Our vision is to help ensure all Redding individuals have the resources and access to mental health services they need to live happy and productive lives, free of addictions, substance abuse, depression, and social isolation.
